Electric Vehicle Project: Introduction

1/22/2006 I've recently started a new engineering project...I'm converting an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle to an electric vehicle (EV). I'll be updating this page with my progress. I'm working with Electric Vehicles of America out of New Hampshire. It's something I have considered for a long time. Given the state of oil affairs, it's time to do something different. I got started with the book by Bob Brant, "Build Your Own Electric Vehicle". In this book you will find the details of how to convert an ICE to an EV. It will be a challenging project but one that I look forward to.
